I read this historical romance recently. I always enjoyed the romances that featured Native American characters and wild west / ranch themes. This one does. A lot of it was enjoyable - especially the conflict and the reason the main characters, Kit and Hawk, are on the run. I really liked the premise of it, and the fact that Kit is brave and resourceful, but some of the language made me groan. Definitely not a modern romance!
