Opens a whole new world! Add balsamic vinegar to everything! (But make sure it is the good stuff, not the cheap stuff in the local grocery store, nor the great stuff ordered from Italy-too expensive!)
Though the recipes are good, it gave me ideas to experiment with, not sure I would go out of my way to purchase.
