It was so bad I couldn't finish it. Poorly written (from someone who deems herself a horrible writer), repetitive and condescending. I felt the kid's letters were better than both parents. She mentions how she had been accepted to college like every 25 pages or how she walks the track. As if the part about encouraging her 18 yr old recent college graduate to get married right away wasn't bad enough, she then forces the older sister to move home to support then remaining 8 children and their parents. However, don't take my opinion after all I'm probably one of those parents with their priorities messed up.… (mehr)
