A great read on a rainy afternoon, and evening, and night. In fact, once picked up, this book is very hard to put down. Well written, the author makes you feel that you are there with him. This describes the Annapolis Valley as i know it.

dislikes? thinly disguised philosophizing via dialogue and thoughts of the main characters. several times, the topics discussed and dialogued left me feeling an uncomfortable 'no'. struggled to complete this one...… (mehr)
