This is such a great cookbook. It is almost certainly one of my favorites, and that's saying a lot. It's great for a starter vegetarian (the recipes are easy, and the ingredients are easy to obtain), but it's great for a more experienced vegetarian, too. Pages abound with comfort food and crowd pleasers, and most of the recipes are super easy to follow. My only complaint is that sometimes the recipes aren't indexed in the back so well. I've had trouble finding things again, so I have to mark them down. Additionally, read the recipes carefully before beginning. One recipe, I forget which one and that's absolutely no help, was missing a crucial step in the process, though, if you've cooked before, you can probably guess what to do. I give this book as gifts because everyone likes the recipes so much.… (mehr)
