This book deals with a complicated subject in a fairly entertaining way. Adwords are also known as "Pay per click advertising", and are the adverts that pop up every time you search for something on Google. This edition is fairly out of date now, so I would recommend using a newer one. I think it's best to read something like this before trying to use Adwords, because it is such a complex thing, and because it is a good idea to read someone else's views, not just rely on Google's own tutorials. The author does weave an awful lot of jokes and witticisms into his text, particularly early on in the book. He also writes in quite long sentences. This, together with the subject matter being difficult, meant I had to make notes all the way through to help me understand. A worthwhile read, but use a more up to date edition if possible.… (mehr)
