This useful book informs the reader of all the various ailments and diseases for which the natural (sulphur-containing) product MSM can provide relief. Among the many afflictions and complaints addressed by MSM are arthritis, fibromyalgia, allergies and back pain.

It may be noted that MSM does not "cure" these disorders, in that the product needs to be consumed on a permanent basis, but what it does, first and foremost, is to relieve chronic pain with no side-effects - it is not a drug.

I personally had no real previous knowledge of this important product until reading the book, so it provided me with valuable information, and had me running to the health store to obtain a supply.

The book consists of 5 chapters explaining the nature of MSM and how it relieves pain and inflammation. Each of the remaining 15 chapters is devoted to a specific health problem including case histories of previous chronic sufferers whose lives have been transformed for the better through use of MSM, sometimes dramatically so.

Everyone suffering from chronic pain or allergies not already acquainted with this marvellous product should immediately check out this book.… (mehr)

I picked this up after seeing it mentioned in a thread on LT recently. I did not realize that it was originally published 10 years ago, so I'm not sure how current the medical info is now.

As for the subject, MSM, the book gives you just a basic glimpse of the technology of it and focuses much more on positive case histories.

I did feel after reading about 80% of the book (I skimmed over about a third of the case histories towards the end) that I had gotten enough information to make a decison to try the MSM and see if it works.… (mehr)
