I don't normally go for memoirs but this one I had to because I like Priyanka a lot as a person and asn an accomplished actress. It was not a revealing one but it teaches you a few things. Now more than ever, I am a fan of the parenting style of Ashok and Madhu Chopra and salute them.
A fascinating look into the life of someone completely different from myself. Learned a lot not only about the writer but about her country. Enjoyed it very much. Also her reading of the audio book was delightful.
Unfinished is the title, and how I left this book. I am not sure why I just couldn't get to the end.

Since I don't really know much about her, except that she was crowned Miss World, became an actor, a UNICEF ambassador, and married to an American musician. Her story is new to me. And I enjoyed reading the book, specially about her life growing up and her relationship with her parents. She seems to be someone who loves her family more than anything and is extremely dedicated and hard working.
