Independence Day is a short story about a family barbeque with a difference! A family who plots together, stays together? The story begins with the narrator who basically tells us that her son and his cousins (plus probably others in her family) may actually be plotting to kill her. This is a fun, quick read which is over too quickly; it certainly, very entertaining. I was left with several questions; one question in particular that leaves me guessing the outcome, was a narrator crazy or are people really trying to kill?

Well, the end results of this family get together will certainly be fatal for one (or more) of this family!… (mehr)

Betty and the Cambion was an erotic book but not what I myself would have called a horror I would think more suspense.
It was a very short story and to be honest at the beginning of the book I did get lost a few times as the story went from one thing to the next very quickly.

As it was a short story the erotic nature of the book started within the first few pages.
The storyline was rather choppy and I really think if there had been more details, it had been longer and more depth it would have made a better read.… (mehr)
