This would have been too complicated for me when I was sick. I could possibly have dealt with the condensed version, but this really goes into a lot of detail about why certain foods are good for you and why certain other foods are to be consumed in smaller amounts.

Not quite as prescriptive as others but interesting still. Somewhat confusing for this layperson it really didn't deal with any issues I might have had. It's the kind of book for a person and their partner or carer to read and take what they need from rather than something to work with on your own.… (mehr)
