LAW OF ATTRACTION is a very sweet romance that is sure not to shock the reader of any age. This books sets to mind the tv show Mad Men without the martinis, smoking and wanton sex. With this book you have the tone of the innocence of the 1950's with the dialogue, fashion and entertainment of the age. You are transported to the time of Leave It To Beaver, The Donna Reed Show and Father Knows Best. It's well written; simple and sweet with a satisfying ending.

I liked the overall story but it failed to really capture me. The romance between Oliver and Cherry just wasn't convincing enough. The story seemed to flow carelessly from one thing to another. Some characters were very appealing though and helped to keep the story entertaining. Not a bad read but unfortunately not a great one. 2.5 stars
