In this book author Max Kornell wrote loving and wonderful book about siblings rivalry. This is a universal phenomenon. When the first child is born , they get all the attention in the world , however when they have a new sibling the love and attention is shifted towards the new born baby, which cause in most cases the older sibling to be jealous and want to compete for attention and parents approval. Not that the parents love the new baby more , it is just that they have more love to give. In this book these two siblings who are always arguing came to an understating that the love they have for each others is greater that any rivalry or jealousy . This will be a great book to read to students to teach tha tthey should love their siblings not compete with them.… (mehr)
A book about a brother and sister always tring to beat each other at something. It took a time when one almost got hurt to not battle each other. The parents at the end show where they got it from.
Siblings discover being first is not necessarily best. Enjoyable if not terribly subtle.
Siblings Hal and Marsha are always in a competition to be first, until being first doesn't prove to be the best. The two are able to settle their differences, stop arguing and be considerate to each other.
