Biography and history of Enzo Ferrari and development of the business, basics of auto races and race car evolution were fascinating to me, but the extensive and detailed descriptions of automotive development were waaaay above my head.
But. I shared this book with a "car guy", and, after he read mine, he went and got his own copy.
Enzo's life, visionary gifts and abilities are worth reading whether or not you can comprehend all of the technical stuff. Either way, it certainly sounds well researched and well presented.
I read it in audio format narrated by Jack Chekijian who is well known for his ability to make even the driest lecture interesting.… (mehr)
