Great pictures and a bunch of articles including interviews from the time of the studio. I watched The Spoilers, which was available on the web and you can see what a visual medium film is when you realize you don't need dialogue to follow the stories in these old silent films. Colonel Selig was quite the character and he surrounded himself with equally interesting folks. I'm interested in the early times when they were shooting in Chicago before they moved completely to Los Angeles.
