The Adventurous Fish Cook: Fish and Shellfish… von George Lassalle
Beautifully written by a most passionate author. He's obviously made all these dishes - and their associated sauces - himself. It really is worth reading, as the voice of a foodie crying in the 1970s culinary wilderness. George Lasalle lived for a while in Greece and his stories of those times are most affecting.
