"I'm a high successful book critic, and I have enough connections to get a contract to write a book. I'm not sure what to write about, so I guess I'll write a memoir about being a successful book critic who gets a contract to write a sports book and then can't figure out what to write about."

Nick Schlafer, U.S. Senator, is about to introduce bill to decriminalize drugs. Lots of people seem to care, but I wasn't one of them.

This book was ok, but a bit complicated. A senator trying to legalize drugs finds out a trusted family friend is involved in the senator's daughter's death and his son's kidnapping. Was a slow-moving book, not very intense.

I had hoped it would be a more lively book, but it was just okay. The sensation of a summer camp setting was not that exciting in reality. The historical perspective of setting it in the 50's was interesting but not compelling.
