How is it possible that a book about sexual fantasies can be tedious? The author reports the results of a large (N > 4000) online survey of Americans and their unrealized sexual desires. He reports the seven top fantasy scenarios, attempts to ascribe meaning to the results--with a clear caveat that correlation does not equal causality, which I appreciate--and then discusses the pros and cons of living one's sexual fantasy.

My top fantasy is a world where evolutionary psychology theories are recognized as specious and therefore debunked. This book does not fulfill my desire. Not recommended.… (mehr)
