Review:I was lucky enough to get an advanced (before I buy) look at this book. I really enjoyed how each of the fresh ingredients used there was an explanation of what was unique about it. It helped to explain why things that might not sound like they should be in a recipe together, actually not only worked well but could ultimately enhance the flavor. The book was beautifully illustrated and very well laid out. It is good to note that these are not quick recipes, you would need time and good kitchenware to make most of them. However, many of them are very healthy and unique! Overall I truly enjoyed flipping through, reading the excerpts, and jotting down recipes to try. I would buy this for a gift and will buy a copy for myself!
