This wasn't a bad book, it just didn't hold my interest. I wouldn't not recommend it, but just wasn't my cup of tea. I really liked 50 Shades, so I was hoping I'd like this. I think it was the cultural differences between the main character and myself.

Review:
"Fifty Shades of Jungle Fever" by L.V. Lewis was a wonderful well written novel. This novel was about of 'Keisha and Tristan's story of how they met and will this lead to love in the end? I guess we will have to pick up the next sequel to find out. I loved how this author gave Keisha 'a devil and angel' (Triple G and Fairy Hoochie Mama) on her shoulders whispering in her ear. There was a lots of humorous and entertaining moments in this erotic read that will have you laughing out loud. I must say it was 'refreshing to get the African American perspective on BDSM and kinky sex.' The relationship between Keisha and Tristan will leave you wondering what all will come of this between these two people. This is where I will day that you must pick up "Fifty Shades of Jungle Fever" to get the jest of the read. I found all of the characters simply off the chart...well depicted, well portrayed and so colorful only to give us a excellent read. Would I recommend this read? Yes! I have to say that I hated this. It was completely awful. I have always hated the term "Jungle Fever" and I thought this was an awful rendition of Fifty Shades of Gray in which I absolutely loved. Maybe that was the reason I did not like it and this is not the only parody that I have read on the FSoG series but it was not my favorite and I will probably not continue the series.
