Burdett A. Loomis

Burdett A. Loomis is professor of political science at the University of Kansas. He teaches courses on congressional politics, interest groups, and policy making, and directs internship programs in Washington and Topeka. Wenoy J. Schiller is professor of political science at Brown University. She teaches courses on the American presidency, the American political process, Congress, and public policy.
