Richard G. Lyons

Richard G. Lyons is a Contracting Systems Engineer and lecturer with Besser Associates in Mt. View, California, and a former lead hardware engineer for both the National Security Agency (NSA) and TRW Inc. (now Northrop Grumman Corp.)
