Why Are Some People Healthy and Others Not?: The Determinants of Health of Populations (Social Institutions and Social Change) by Theodore Marmor, Morris Barer, and Robert Evans (Editors) ponders some of the core questions about unequal health outcomes. Is it ALL the behavioral inputs of the ill, and why are some seemingly exempted from the powerful consequences of their actions.
