Johnny Cash at Folsom and San Quentin: Photographs… von Jim Marshall
I'm a huge, lifelong Johnny Cash fan, so I got a lot of joy flipping through the extra-large photographs in this coffee table book. (Speaking of flipping, the iconic image of Cash flipping the bird has three different takes.)

I own multiple versions of the two prison concerts captured here. Looking at my iTunes I see I've listened to "A Boy Named Sue" from just those albums 370 times -- that would be over 24 hours of music straight through. In my entire collection I have 18 versions of "Folsom Prison Blues" with hundreds more spins.

So yeah, this book was made for me.… (mehr)
