This is a wonderful guide illustrating stretches for all parts of the body right down to the toes. It illustrates each stretch two ways, both assisted and not, therefore I beleive it useful for both the therapist in practice with clients and the individual for himself. The stretches are arranged in order with full color photographs in such a way that they are easily photocopied and given to clients to refer to for their homework stretches that they never seem to remember how to perform the second they leave.… (mehr)
