This describes many of the symptoms of menopause, and tells of the various treatments and solutions available. It also talks about the underlying causes of some of the symptoms and how to address those. I found many of the ideas enlightening and motivating, it encouraged me to look at this time of life as a time of reevaluation. I found many of the ideas enlightening and motivating, it encouraged me to look at this time of life as a time of reevaluation, a time to change things which need changing and examine habits and lifestyles which perhaps need reexamining.
