Well the longer I read the more my jaw dropped open. This woman was the worst doormat I've ever read about. She needed to poison his tea and he was just scum. Maybe they deserved each other. She let herself be treated absolutely poorly. And the farther I read, the more I thought the plot was pretty nonsensical. People just did weird things, all of them. This guy tried to come across as alpha but really he just seemed like a spoiled teenager. You know what this reminded me off? Diana Palmer. The same kind of weird actions and reactions. Well I don't think I'll be searching out this author's backlist. Two stars for the trainwreck of it all.… (mehr)
