This book I believe can help me gain a better awareness of myself and what types of oils can help me with the problems specific to my needs and body type. I loved the format of this book because right off the bat it had a wonderful and simple test to help me pin point my body type, and then it explained in great detail the oils most used and how to use them with info on each one and very exciting drawings through out.

I learned there are even oil blends that correspond to the different chakras. There is also a section on oil related therapies and one on gemstones and essential oils. I even learned about cooking with essential oils and the blending of them for different preparations. I feel that anyone who has an interest in healing and taking care of themselves or others in a natural and honoring way could benefit a lot from this special messenger. Thanks, Light and Bryan for giving us so much helpful and insightful information.
