This is not a feel good book but it is till a good book. Imagine being tortured by your mother, burned in a fire and left with scars. This book shows us how terrible people can be, also how ugly and manipulating our tormentors are. Hannah Dyer was tortured and maimed by her evil mother, when she discovers her mother is dead and that she has a little sister, she goes to meet her sister and she then discovers things about herself that she doesn't like. This was a real eye opener for me to look into Hannah's life and feel the horror she must have gone through.… (mehr)
