Hang on Tight! is a down-to-earth account of the challenges and joys of running a small business. While it is written for a female audience, I found it completely relatable as a male reader too. It's refreshing to read a book that focuses on small-scale entrepreneurship without all the push to be bigger and faster and better that so many business books are geared towards. Hang on Tight is made up of short, succinct chapters and at first impression is all set-up and no meat. It turns out to be a series of heartfelt autobiographical stories in the same vein as many of the articles in a Maturity Journal or Reminisce magazine, which is great if you're into that sort of thing, but not what I was hoping for in a book about entrepreneurship.There are definitely nuggets of inspiration in there and if you're in need of a good pep talk and positive thinking reminders this is a lovely book.… (mehr)
