This is a very quick read and could have been summarised in ten pages or so… However I give it some creds becuase somehow it persuaded me to try HIT.

I am finding this interesting, although it's important to pick a limited number of 'just one things' - I'm not sure I could fit them all in, and I'm not convinced I can persuade myself to eat beetroot, however good it is for me. My entire family has been timed standing on one leg with our eyes closed, and I am pleased to report we are all average or above average for our respective ages.

Very interesting idea, and I'm attracted by both the science and its long term nature. Have determined to try it for a month and see what happens.
