Charis Mundy

"Give peace a chance" is the quotation by which co-authors Charis and Carlos Mundy finish the prologue to their novel The Rainbow Warrior. This is one way to sum up the overriding theme of the book, but it would be a gross oversimplification of this multi-layered fantasy adventure.

The story concerns two youths from different parts of Earth - Basil and Carola - who are drawn into cyber space through their computer screens. Here they find themselves, in a parallel universe, on a planet called Plutonio, where once all was peace and harmony. However, two other earthlings who had previously arrived on the planet as babies had grown up to be evil despots, and now misery and discord reigns. The mission of Basil and Carola is to help the good people of Plutonio restore happiness on the planet.
