This is a journal for someone in their twenties to write about how their life has changed. There are prompts on each page for writing journal entries. It would be a good gift for someone who loves to write.

A collection of actual diary/journal entries written by teens, accompanied by commentary by the adults who were those teens. Hilarious, pathetic and overdramatic, this book shows it is possible to survive adolescent angst and become a fairly rational adult!

This compilation of teenaged angst had its moments, but they were few and far between. More squirms than guffaws for me. I seem to prefer my adolescent agony fictionalized- it's way less dramatic that way.
