Let's Eat Ramen is a collection of short manga stories quite a few of which involve, indeed, eating ramen.

I quite liked this collection, and liked the first part, different stories about a girl who wants to eat ramen but is afraid of walking in alone and ends up eating ramen and having a friend to do that with. I was a little bit disappointed when I found out the other stories where completely different, but in the end they were quite nice as well. I do have that many experience reading short manga stories, but as far as I can tell they are nice, little stories to read in between other books.
