Blackstone Audio 9781538417515 A History of the…
I liked the play-by-play descriptions of the crashes, especially the most recent 2010 "Flash Crash". He reinforces my belief that stock market crashes and ensuing economic pain are the result of deregulation followed by "financial contraptions" (his words) that enrich a a few but are poorly understood and ultimately wreak havoc when the underlying assumptions are violated.
