Library copy, but I should probably buy my own. The recipes come in three sizes, and are tested for a wide variety of bread machines. Most call for ingredients I already have in my pantry, but the combinations of flavors they come up with look marvelous. Not many basic breads, but lots that will make the most savory sandwiches and snacks. Two pages of recipes for sweet and savory spreads, too. Also tips, a chart to predicted density of the different recipes, and trouble-shooting.
