This was a pretty good read. It felt a little too long at times, but I liked the relationship between Hammer and Meia. They've both been through some bad things, but she's had a horrific life. Taken at a young age and thrust into prostitution, it's amazing she stayed so resilient and was able to form an attachment with Hammer. He cared for her a lot and she brought him out of his grief and gave him a reason to start really living again. The only thing I didn't like is that in Axe's book, Hammer goes by Crunch and I was really confused for a while. Why was his name different? Oh well, the ending was good and wrapped up the 3 books well.… (mehr)

I really like MC romances and this was pretty good. The smut was great for sure and Blaze was hot. The plot wasn't overly complicated, but that's okay. Seeing them dance around each other at the cabin was fun and the drama in the background wasn't bad. I like that we got both character's points of view and that it wasn't too long. The part 2 at the end was surprising, but I liked getting a bit more of their story. I also liked that Blaze wasn't controlling and Dani still did what she wanted. I'm looking forward to Axe's story.… (mehr)

I liked this even more than the first book! Axe has been through a ton of shit in his life. He joined the Marines and they trained him to be a killer. Then when he got out, he joined an MC and was their enforcer. Now he's been betrayed by the club and is hiding out in his hometown, where he reunites with his old girlfriend June. She has also been through a lot of bad things and they fit perfectly together. I love that Axe has his demons, but is still strong and takes care of June. Plus, he's adorable with Crunch's daughter. This was a good read; it had plenty of romance, drama, and some sadness.… (mehr)
