Characterization: The Princess/Sorceress is a round dynamic character. In the begining of the book we learn that she is stubborn and wants to be left alone and she is demanding. When a poor night comes along who is willing to meat her demands she softens her attitude toward him and actually helps him. She changes from a hard and bitter person to a caring and soft hearted one.
Review: This book is a great example of fantasy because it involves mythical creatures and situations. There is no possibility that the situations could happen, yet they are very believable. The characters make the story believable. You want the knight to succeed and you want the princess to fall in love with him.… (mehr)
