As a hobbyist writer myself, I was drawn to this book because sometimes I find myself searching for neon words. Words that stand out and draw your reader's attention. Reading this book, I enjoyed the exercises and even participated in some of them in my writing. I liked that the book makes mention of what is called the warrior breath and how it relates to writing. In addition to that, the book has tons of activities and programs built in that would be engaging for both teens and adults. This book makes mentions a few points that were given to me as an undergraduate writer at Western Connecticut State University. Lastly, there were cited references throughout the book that helped to further make creditable the information presented in the book. Overall I enjoyed the book and believe that it would be great to offer to anyone. Children, Teens, and Adults.… (mehr)
