Peters is a bit repetitive throughout, and some of the early cybernetics discussion was lost on a layman like myself, but if you want an introduction to the Soviet internet that wasn't - and a comparison of market/emergent and hierarchical networking approaches, this really is the only game in town.… (mehr)
