That's How the Light Gets In: Memoir of a Psychiatrist von Susan Rako
A fast read. There's much less about the actual practice of psychiatry than one would expect from the title. The book consists mostly of anecdotes from the author's personal history (single mother who went to medical school in the 1960s and never really hit it off with her own parents or two husbands), which I found interesting but not particularly memorable.
