Most useful for getting a sense of proportions for various ingredients and basics. I groaned at all the absolutely terrible "punny" names for her concoctions throughout the book, though. Hic-kiwi Dic-kiwi Doc? Not on your life.
I've actually had very few of the recipes in this book, but I anticpate trying more as the weather gets warmer. It's a great book for fun smoothies but also has some really great information in it as well.
