Any Chance of a Game?: Goals, Girl Trouble, and… von Barney Ronay
Barney Ronay is possibly my favourite writer on football. He is certainly the most entertaining. His metaphor packed columns never fail to make me crack up.

This book charts a season in the life of a Sunday League team. It is a perfectly enjoyable read but it doesn't approach the quality of his newspaper columns.
