Legends of the Rhine von Wilhelm Ruland
A fun little volume of stories of places along the Rhine river - these stories are NOT fairy tales - more legends about individuals from the black ages - there are a lot of stories about knights and prices going on a crusade, while their love stays at home. As a whole, not a great volume, there isn't any annotation so a reader might need a dictionary on had. The illustrations are varied and depict scenes from the stories.

I have a little old book with no ISBN. A collection of old folk tales, and a few drawings. Not at all bad, but I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to find it.
Nice little introduction to the myths and legends along the Rhine River in Germany.
