Taste of Home Down Home Diabetic Cookbook: 300… von Julie Schnittka
This has been my wife's go-to book for good recipes with great information. This book became the template for all other cookbooks we evaluated and either bought or rejected. As you probably know diabetics need to keep a close eye on their blood sugar and these recipes help them with knowing how much to serve. We are on our second book because we use it so much.
Well righten selections, but you have to dig to find what you want. Good for inspirations.
Another great Taste of Home cookbook! Great recipes and easy to follow instructions.
