Women in the Church: An Analysis and Application of… von Andreas J. Köstenberger
Chapter 6 was the only chapter that is applicable to everyday life and also written in a clear manner. I struggled through the rest of the book. A lot of it looked Greek to me (both literally and figuratively).
Excellent treatment of a sensitive topic. Schreiner speaks with grace and truthful precision.
Well written book with very well thought out points. I felt like Schreiner was sharing his journey to what he believes with us and not being argumentative or pushy. This would be a great book for small groups to read and discuss. I loved how he laid out his point of view with research, facts and loads of scripture. I recommend this book to anyone learning about spiritual gifts and how they affect us today.
