The Illustrated Egyptian Book of the Dead von Dr. Ramses Seleem
This is not a scholarly translation of the "Book of the Dead". However, it is full of interesting color photographs of sculptures, tomb paintings, and landscapes to give a background for the culture that produced this cultural document. Many different scrolls are used for the original text that is translated.
Very fascinating. I trained with him an dI must say I won't stop now. ONCE YOU KNOW YOU KNOW.
