Excellent mental fitness training program. Mostly geared towards athletes, but easily accessible to other areas. If you have ever struggled to meditate you will be well versed in these practices/techniques presented.

The perfect quick read book to kick myself into action. It may seem simple and intuitive and sometimes I found myself saying I could’ve written this book. But I didn’t and it’s worth reading if just to remind myself that my winter break is officially over and tomorrow is Monday. It’s probably worth rereading later in the year to see if I’m still on track. I better do the first task: make a list of three things I plan to do before 10am tomorrow.
