Family love, type 1 diabetes, perseverance, a special little girl and one incredible dog are the themes in this touching true story. The author's daughter is diagnosed with this incurable disease and it changes the family forever. One can't help but feel inspired and humbled by their story and in awe of how far they've come. This memoir is well written, interesting and fact-filled.
