"Hillary Clinton Haiku" is a book ostensibly comprised of humorous poetry in the form of haiku; unfortunately this work is completely lacking in both humor and poetics. It's not funny or cute. This poetry is truly awful, possessing no grace whatsoever, in selection of words, rhythm or meaning. It's perhaps insulting to say this is haiku. Simply put, this is a stunningly bad book of poetry and seems to have been written without much effort.

Its one saving grace is found in the poetic form's inherent length--this book is mercifully short.… (mehr)
