Jay has always been told that if he doesn't go to bed at night, the sandman will come. One night curiosity overcomes him and he decides to stay up. The sandman comes and does all these crazy and fun things with Jay trying to make him go to sleep. Suddenly they hear a noise outside his door and Jay has to pretend to be asleep so his parents don't get mad. After a while he opens his eyes and realizes it morning and the sandman was just a dream.
